Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills with proficiency in food preparation, knife skills, slicing techniques, and recipe adherence.
• Knowledge of safety standards in food production and food safety management practices.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, mixers, and slicers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members.
• Familiarity with menu planning, meal prep, and catering operations is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food handling procedures.
